Delivery Policy

All goods will be delivered as close to the required time as possible, but in exceptionally busy periods, deliveries may be delayed beyond that required time.

Refund / Return Policy

Refunds will only be allowed if the order is either cancelled before it has been prepared, or if the food is either different from that ordered or is deemed unfit. We cannot guarantee a definitive temperature with hot food.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will only be possible by telephoning the production branch (020 7427 7355) and requesting a cancellation. This will only be possible if the order has not started to be assembled.

Privacy Policy

We undertake not to share customer details with third parties other than those directly concerned with specific transactions (i.e. Paypal). We do not store your credit card details. The information that we do store is expressly held for enabling future transactions, and will normally be limited to contact details, address and account details. This data will only be used within K10.
